Fully restored water mill with 2 bucket wheels, 3 pairs of millstones and a medieval wooden mechanism listed as a historic monument.
The restoration and operation of the mill are explained to visitors, who can watch buckwheat flour being made on a stone millstone as it was in the 18th century.
A workshop for making buckwheat porridge as it was in the past is held in the mill barn, which has been converted to receive visitors and decorated with the mill?s original artefacts. The workshop ends with a tasting of the porridge.
You can also buy buckwheat flour produced in the traditional way.
