Spread over an area of almost 15 hectares around the Normandy island of Tatihou, our oysters are grown in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue (Manche). Thanks to its tides (the strongest in Europe), the foreshore is exposed over wide areas, enabling oysters to be grown in the open sea.
This is where we produce our oysters for 36 months.
Come and discover the work of our oyster farmers in the heart of the oyster beds.
