150 basketry activity: weaving plant fibers is an ancient craft that is completely manual. You will discover the creations over 400 m² of exhibits from Monday to Saturday as well as green space and willows that are nearby.
A reservation is required, for groups of 10 people or more, for a guided tour (price on request). It includes the manufacturing workshop, bamboo rattan wicker materials and the museum which has over 250 creations from the past 100 years. In the video projection room, a movie will teach you about the wicker basket cutting process from beginning to end, and the history of the company that has been given the “Living Heritage, Rare Expertise” label.
