The Eliss goat farm was created in 2020. Located in the commune of Crollon, only 10km from Mont Saint-Michel, we raise a hundred dairy goats, all of alpine breed. We are installed in a conventional way reasoned. Our cheeses are only made with whole raw milk and we use natural ferments to curdle our milk.
Our maturing cellar allows us to control the aging and maturing of our cheeses and to offer you a rich and varied range of cheeses from very dry (>10 months maturing) to very fresh (48 hours after milking). The access to the animals is possible and free during our opening hours.
