The Domaine de l'O restaurant is open to all, with traditional cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce from local producers in the Val de Saire, Cotentin and Normandy regions. Home-made starters, main courses and desserts. We make all our own sauces and pastries.
Our philosophy is to promote short circuits, to showcase the region and its local producers and craftsmen.
Our choice is therefore to have a small, changing menu, respecting the seasons and the vagaries of nature.
