Christophe Poard, Chef at Café de Paris
A native of Cherbourg, Christophe Poard has had a prestigious career in such fine establishments as Le Longchamp in Paris (2 Michelin stars), Taillevent in Paris (3 Michelin stars) and La Vieille Fontaine in Maisons-Laffitte with François Clerc (2 Michelin stars), then second-in-command to the great chefs Joël Robuchon ? Jamin in Paris (3 Michelin stars) and Guy Martin ? Grand Véfour in Paris (3 Michelin stars), he took over as head chef at La Truffière in Paris (1 Michelin star) in 2016 and at the Park 45 restaurant at the Grand Hôtel in Cannes in 2018 (1 Michelin star).
Winner of numerous awards in France and Belgium, he was awarded 17/20 in Gault & Millau and voted Chef of the Year in 2004.
He received the European Hotel & Restaurant Award career trophy in 2019.
