the sophrologie du rire association offers sessions in laughter yoga (1 hour), sophrology (1 hour) and both combined (1h30).
Currently held at the Maison des Associations every Thursday evening from 7.30pm to 9pm, rue Gilbert-Marot, 50270 Carteret, and at other venues if you have a room in Les Pieux, Portbail or Cherbourg.
This summer, there will also be seaside sessions at low tide and on sunny beaches.
I also offer individual sophrology sessions in 2026
