In the heart of the village of Saint-Clair-sur-l'Elle, at the end of a cul-de-sac, at the entrance to a wooded garden, stands a 19th-century residence flanked by former stables. The entrance to the estate opens onto a gravel courtyard lined with trees, creating a natural envelope. The building is bordered by a 3200 m² garden stretching lengthwise.
The interior honors the creativity of a doctor by day, artist by night. Adorned with parquet floors and fireplaces, the residence is decorated with multiple frescoes by Doreur Papertian, and includes seven bedrooms, three offices, a billiard room and a TV lounge.
A walk through the garden, which includes a small wooded area, takes you to the swimming pool, bordered by the pool house, which has been converted into a multi-purpose room. A stone wall protects the property from the outside world, preserving its peacefulness.
